- Apartment Assault - This involves assault, including sexual assault in an apartment building.
- Casino Child Care Center Sexual Assault - When a child under the care of a casino child care center is sexually assaulted, the casino, the child care center and others may be liable.
- Playground and Recreational Property Accident Liability - This involves a property owner's liability when a child is injured on playground equipment or a carnival ride, for example a roller coaster, or when a child is drown in a pool. - Security Liability – This involves the liability of a property owner when the property owner does not provide adequate security.
