Fred Pritzker

Fred H. Pritzker is a nationally recognized lawyer with over thirty years of experience representing individuals and families in personal injury and wrongful death claims. His personal injury practice focuses on cases involving E. coli and other foodborne illnesses, truck accidents, car accidents, bike accidents, product liability, traumatic brain injury, defective medical products, medical malpractice, and fire/explosion injuries. On behalf of his clients, he has obtained numerous million and multi-million-dollar settlements and verdicts.

Mr. Pritzker obtained his B.A. with honors from Northwestern University in 1972 and his J.D. cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1976.

Mr.  Pritzker is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has also achieved status as a Certified Civil Advocate from the National Board of Trial Advocacy and a Certified Trial Specialist from the Minnesota State Bar Association. He has been selected by his peers as a "Top 100 Minnesota Super Lawyer" and "Top 40 Minnesota Personal Injury Lawyer." He has also been selected for inclusion in the current edition of The Best Lawyers in America.

He is a former president of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association and a former governor of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Fred Pritzker is an avid bicyclist, runner and outdoorsman. He is also the National President of the Angelman Syndrome Foundation, a national organization that educates parents and the public about Angelman Syndrome (AS), a relatively rare genetic disorder that affects the nervous system.

Fred also supports the Highland Friendship Club, a local organization that promotes social and recreational activities for young adults with disabilities. The firm sponsors an annual fundraising event at a local bowling alley that benefits the club. This year the event featured Joe Mauer of the Minnesota Twins.
